Skills:
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js), Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Knowledge of message queues and event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Proven experience in designing, building, and scaling distributed systems in a production environment, Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms, Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices, Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in a team, Ability to lead technical discussions, make informed decisions, and mentor less experienced team members
