We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend services that power our core products. You will work on complex distributed systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our platforms. Skills:
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, Experience with RESTful API design and development, Strong understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures, Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Message queues and event streaming (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), Microservices architecture principles and best practices, Version control systems (Git), Automated testing frameworks and practices (unit, integration, end-to-end), Performance optimization and monitoring tools

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Proven experience designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts clearly, Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
